The Baby Signs® Program teaches babies to use simple, easy-to-do gestures for communicating with their parents and caregivers. These gestures or “signs” represent an item or concept, like “cat,” “eat,” or “all gone.”

Using signs gives babies a way to “talk” with their parents, before they can talk. Babies can communicate about the world around them, long before they have mastered their verbal speaking skills!

After 20 years of careful study, Baby Signs researchers proved that using signs actually enhances language, cognitive, and social-emotional development.

Parent Workshops
Designed for a parent-to-be, new parent, grandparent or caregiver who would like to communicate with the baby in their life before he can talk.  This one-time introductory workshop teaches everything you need to know to get started with the Baby Signs Program. Cost is $30 per family for tuition plus $20 for class materials.

Sign, Say & Play™
This three-week play class is designed for parents and children ages six months to three years.  Each week will introduce new signs, stimulating activities, songs and play, featuring different themes. Cost is $47.50 per baby plus $40 for class materials and includes a Sign, Say, & Play Starter Kit.

More Sign, Say & Play™
This eight-week play class is an extension of our Sign, Say, & Play classes for babies and parents.  Fun games, songs and activities highlight important developmental skills. Cost is $47.50 per child plus $40 for class materials and includes a MORE Sign, Say, & Play Kit.
